Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Weston Super Mare
Type: Permanent/ Part time
Hours: 25 hours/ Monday - Friday (Hybrid options available)
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's office in Weston Super Mare on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients.
Create and maintain client records on the back-office system: Intelliflo Office.
Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning advice.
Work in partnership with Financial Planners in the Weston-Super-Mare office to
deliver exceptional client services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Follow processes and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
Skills and experience sought:
- Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
A focus on detail and communicating with both clients and providers.
Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Experience in delivering outstanding client service.
