Purpose:
The outbound client development Lead will play a key role in leading the outbound Client Development Team (between 5 and 7 staff) to succeed in their goal of increasing the active client base and revenue whilst achieving key short and long term objectives. The Client Development Team Lead provides training and coaching to outbound client development agents.
Prospect, develop, expand and manage designated accounts to maximize revenues and increase overall business opportunities**


Responsibilities
• Execute and convert a high volume of outbound sales calls in a metric driven sales environment.
• Increasing spend with top tier clients and converting lower tier clients to purchase online on an inbound and outbound approach.
• Provide support to the Client Development team by advising on best practices and developing strong sales skills with an outbound approach.
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators.
• Develop each sales person’s performance and apply resources available to increase performance and achieve desired goals.
• Provide input to the senior manager on performance and management of the agents
• Manage your workloads, priorities and schedules in a very busy environment


Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role in a Outbound B2B environment
College or University Degree preferred but not essential
Strong leadership, Sales skills and an eye for talent
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
The ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team*
Demonstrate ability to coach others to improve their performance in an outbound environment
MS Product Suite – Excellent knowledge*
Ability to accurately enter data, keyboard speed of 45 wpm
Familiarity with web browsing and search techniques (web savvy)*
Ability to excel in a sales and a metric driven performance environment
You must speak French AND English at business level.  Any additional languages are a strong advantage.
