Arabic Speaking Product Information Support Engineer

Salary up to £35 K depending on experience + excellent benefits
Our client is a leading organisation in the medical sector are seeking to appoint a Arabic speaking Product Information Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Providing service staff with assistance on technical service issues, and handling escalated technical issues per established policies and procedures.
Pro-actively investigate and resolve technical issues that impede the installation, support, and/or use of our products (core products as well as third-party equipment), and effectively communicate resolutions to Client Service Department and customers.
Generate installation and technical documentation for new products and beta versions of existing products.
Validate third-party software (e.g. COTS such as service packs, drivers, etc.) and hardware (digitizers, cameras, etc.) used in conjunction with products and educate service on new products and procedures.
Pro-actively research new technologies (i.e. thin clients, web technology) that make our products more user-friendly or viable thereby benefiting customers and providing with a competitive advantage.
Candidate:
Must Speak Arabic and English to business fluency
Ability to work independently
Leadership skills (ability to initiate and drive positive change)
Excellent technical skills in the areas of PC/Networking, Operating Systems, Relational Databases
Talent for troubleshooting problems
Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PCAnywhere and Clientele, as well as all MS server/workstation operating systems, Novell, Citrix/Metaframe, and Pervasive
Working knowledge/understanding of the company’s information software and equipment
Ability to analyse performance data, present results and use evidence to initiate improvements
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, presenting information in a clear and concise manner
