Our Client, an International Business Intelligence company is seeking to appoint a Spanish and German Technical Support Engineer to be responsible for the first line contact with customers
Major responsibilities:
Provide front-line technical support for business Intelligence product suite to customers and partners in EMEA, in a team-driven, case management environment.
Work in a team-oriented environment to provide unparalleled support to our Customer
Communicate product defects and enhancements to product contact points within Technical Support.
Contribute to research and growth of the Knowledge Base by providing written documentation of all technical solutions given to our customers and partners.
Enhance your personal and professional growth, as well as technical knowledge, by participating in an Internal Training Program, which offers a four-week technical orientation program as well as twice weekly training seminars for all team members.
Job Requirements:
Must speak Spanish and German to business fluency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical field would be beneficial (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
Java, Visual Basic, HTML, XML/XSL, ASP, SQL technologies are a plus
Customer service experience is a plus
Strong technical and analytical skills
Passion for both technology and customer service
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
