German Speaking Customer Service Representative
West London
£22,000 + Benefits
 
You will need to be:
·         Fully fluent German and English to business fluency
·         Experienced of business to business Customer services in a busy environment
·         Experience of Oracle or SAP preferred but not essential
·         Experience within the IT industry preferred
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Strong attention to detail
·         Excellent IT skills
 
 
What you’ll do:
·         To respond to and process all Customer and Distributor requests and/or enquiries received via fax, e-mail, mail and or telephone in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. 
·         To direct the customer to the appropriate person and/or department when the Customer Service Department is unable respond to the request and/or enquiry.
·         To process enquiries in relation to: Placement and expediting of purchase orders, Stock enquiries, Product information, Part number cross references, Return material, Product samples, Literature, Shipments/providing proof of delivery, Pricing, Order referrals, Setting up PDRs (Price Deviation Requests) requested by sales personnel.
·         To resolve queries and/or answer enquiries by communicating by telephone with the relevant parties regarding: Clarification of order information, Product availability, Quote information, Shipping department concerns, Traffic information, Processing price credits
·         Review and edit all incoming orders, for designated sales unit, prior to order entry, in order to eliminate potential problems, which could delay processing.
·         To process Return Material Authorisations determining age, calculating correct price, issuing credit statements, disposing of unacceptable material etc.
·         To comply with the procedures, and quality expectations, of the Customer Service Department
·         To perform any other duties within the scope and remit of the role
·         To comply with Company policies and procedures
