Reporting to Head of Property Services and 2 Property managers, this role will assist in the delivery of migration from Central London to West London, large scale move of 2500 staff and facilities.
Project assistant experience in property environment required - experience of assisting with the delivery on migration, move or other property project is ideal.
Role will involve writing reports and presentations, collating and checking data, liaising between contractors, compiling and producing financial reports/invoices, internal comms. but varied role, with some practical elements, including checking areas of building etc, so need someone who is flexible. The role will involve quite a lot of walking around the building, so must be prepared to do this.
SAP experience essential. Prince 2 qualification not essential, but understanding/experience of methodology and principles is required.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills as will be liaising with different departments as well as external contractors. Please see job spec for full requirements. |

Support project leaders and project managers to deliver multi-disciplinary projects involving: project planning, meeting preparation, records management, project reporting and preparation of presentations.

Take responsibility for the delivery of specific project work-streams on behalf of the project leaders and project managers.

Assist with project plans and task prioritisation.

Work collaboratively with project teams ensuring effective and open communication.

Research and source information and data as required.

Prepare presentational materials and drafting of papers and reports.

Effective record keeping and data management.

Present information and briefings to project leaders orally and in writing.

Flexible approach to work and responsive to changing business needs

Build and develop relationships internally and externally.

Basic financial management and understanding of SAP.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Some experience of working on large and complex projects

Proven organisational and planning skills

Good understanding of project management and World Service PMO process

Experience of assisting with project documentation such as Investment Proposals

Experience of devising and implementing new administrative systems

Computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Team player with good collaborative approach

Very strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.

Basic financial knowledge

A good understanding of Prince 2 methodology and OCG best practice would be an advantage
