Last year, Kerr Multilingual sponsored Nathan Webb, son of our own Brenda Webb, for his footballing season at Ryman League team Hayes and Yeading U18 through the FEDO (Football Education Development Opportunity) scheme.
Nathan started his second season with FEDO as Captain of the Hayes and Yeading U18s, (playing in the Ryman league).
Nathan’s hard work throughout the season paid off as he captained the team to successfully retaining the County Cup. Off the back of this success Nathan was selected to represent his country with the England Colleges Team, which he also captained! Nathan is due to fly to Italy next week for a second tournament with them.
Nathan has earned a regular place on the Hayes and Yeading Reserves team and was added to the first team squad last October (Conference Premier League) and as the season progressed made more regular appearances, and at 17 years old he is currently the youngest member of the squad.
He is currently waiting to hear about a contract for the coming season when he hopes he will continue his increased appearances and making his mark on the first team for the season ahead.
Good luck to Nathan in the coming season and hopefully we’ll see him on TV in the near future!
